Connecticut Legal Services, Inc. (CLS) seeks skilled and committed attorneys to fill two temporary staff attorney positions, up to 19 hours per week, in its Family Unit Restraining Order Project. Attorneys shall staff one of two CLS court offices, located in either Bridgeport or Stamford Superior Court, and provide holistic, client-centered legal advocacy for domestic violence survivors seeking court protection.
Job Opening: Temporary Immigration Law Attorney Position Available – Twelve Months (New Britain or Bridgeport office)
CLS has an opening in its Immigration Unit for a temporary staff attorney (12 months, with the potential for more) with at least five (5) years of current legal experience in immigration law for its New Britain or Bridgeport office. Spanish fluency is strongly preferred.

Every year, dozens of lawyers, law students, and other volunteers work with CLS staff to fulfill the promise of justice in Connecticut. We seek volunteer attorneys, paralegals, and law students to assist with legal work. Paralegals and law students may be able to obtain clinical credit towards a course of study.
